About Jibs & Monorails
Jib cranes are overhead lifting devices with load capacities from 250 lbs. to 15 tons. They may be freestanding or integrated with overhead bridge cranes to maximize production.Workstation cranes and jibs improve safety, increase productivity, and reduce worker injuries.
Freestanding Jibs: These can be installed anywhere—indoors for machining and assembly or outdoors at loading docks. Freestanding jib cranes are found under bridge crane systems and in open production areas. Space-saving wall-and-floor-mounted jib cranes are in this category.
Ceiling-Mounted Jibs: Ceiling-mounted jib cranes conserve floor space and offer no disruption to workflow. They move loads around corners or through doorways, reach into machines and swing loads under obstructions.
Articulating Jibs: This versatile product features two swivel arms that lift loads around corners and columns and reach into or under machinery. Mount on the floor, ceiling, wall or on a bridge or track system.
Workstation Cranes: Freestanding workstation cranes are an ergonomic solution for extending lifting coverage while providing full access of movement. Workstation jibs include an enclosed trussed track profile instead of a standard jib boom.
