Transducers

Transducers

Rotary and Stationary transducers are the quality choice for the testing of all continuous drive, impulse and hand torque tools in the workshop and production line-side environment. Typically, stationary transducers are used off the production line in workshops or at test stations while rotary transducers fit in-line between the assembly tool and the fastener, measuring the actual torques applied under production conditions.
Stationary transducers can be used alone to test non rotary tools such as torque wrenches or combined with joint kits that represent the production joint condition to form an effective offline test for verification of assembly tool performance. All devices use plug and play operation with readout devices. On board intelligence means the transducer is automatically recognized by the readout device, eliminating set-up errors and enabling logging of serial number against measurements for complete traceability. Industry Standard (IS) versions are also available where a user needs the features of the stationary transducer but already has a readout device from another manufacturer.
